List biomarkers

GET 
/api/v1/biomarkers

Returns the full biomarker catalog, each entry with id, label, shortLabel, simpleLabel, type, unit, gender, and category. Use it to interpret biomarker entries in reports returned by GET /api/v1/customers/{id}/reports/{reportID}.
