Outbound webhook: Critical result contact

This is not an endpoint on SiPhox — it documents a webhook SiPhox sends to your configured URL. Fires when a kit's report contains critical or concerning biomarker results that require partner follow-up with the customer; the payload lists the affected markers (criticalMarkers and concerningMarkers) alongside the kit snapshot. Each request includes an X-Signature header (HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body using your API token as the secret). Respond with 2xx to acknowledge.
