Reports

Retrieve a customer's full test report. Each report includes biomarker values with reference ranges and history, suggestions, wearable data, and collection and result dates. Any lab processing issues are included too, such as hemolysis or QNS (quantity not sufficient).

📄️Get a customer's report

Returns the full content of one report: per-category `axes` scores, `biomarker` results with ranges and history, `suggestions`, `wearable` data, collection/result dates under `details`, and any lab processing issues (e.g. hemolysis or QNS — quantity not sufficient). `id` accepts the customer ID or your `external_id`; `reportID` is the kit ID. List a customer's report IDs with `GET /api/v1/customers/{id}`.

📄️Download a customer's report as a PDF

Returns the results of one report as a PDF: the customer's name, sex and kit ID, any provider advisories that apply to the report, every result grouped by health category with its reference ranges, and the report's insights. It covers the same report as `GET /api/v1/customers/{id}/reports/{reportID}` and is available in the same states, including partially resulted reports. The PDF is regenerated when more results arrive, when the report or the customer's profile changes, and at least once a week, so fetch it again after a report update rather than keeping an earlier copy. Insights are those the customer sees. Reports the lab delivers as a PDF are returned as that lab PDF. `id` accepts the customer ID or your `external_id`; `reportID` is the kit ID. Not available for sandbox keys.
