Report ready
Select the option in Global Settings to receive alerts when a user's results are returned from the lab and are ready for viewing.
Inner Status & Auto-Publishing
Since August 2026, lab payloads that include "Will Follow" markers produce a partial report: the resulted markers publish first, and the remaining markers are added to the same report when the lab delivers them. A partially resulted kit shows a distinct status until every marker lands.
A user can only access their report if you change the Inner status to Published, either manually or automatically via the Global Settings.
A report can only be released once the user has registered their kit.
Example Report
Initially, you'll be in Clinical mode, however you have the option to switch to Biohacker mode, which features slightly stricter ranges. Be aware that Biohacker mode is currently in Beta phase.
You can Share the report with a colleague for a second opinion or Export it. Note that the exported version will be in Simple view, displayed as a table without graphs.
